Excellent opportunity for someone to generate new business earning uncapped commission, chasing up hot leads and we mean hot…so hot that all leads are live and current projects.

Working on high capital value projects for a leading office fit-out and refurbishment company, you will help grow the business by generating opportunities, acquire new customers, build relationships with potential prospects through outbound telephone calls, qualify leads and set up appointments.

 

Job Role:

Developing relationships with potential clients

Identifying new sales leads

Manage, grow and build a strong sales pipeline

Identification of influencers & key decision makers

Warm and cold sales lead development via outbound telephone calls and e-mails

Lead qualification and nurturing

Appointment setting

 

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years experience in an outbound telephone environment.

Experience of setting up appointments

Demonstrable record of getting in touch with key decision makers

Experience in qualifying prospects

Experience in a high capital value environment would be advantageous

 

Attributes and the Person:

Candidates must have a confident and outgoing phone manner, be able to build rapport with customers in a professional manner and have experience in fact finding, consulting with customers, objection handling and closing.

Effective verbal communication skills

Good organisational and time management skills

Self motivated

 

Hours of Work:

Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

 

Salary:

£21,000 + Meeting bonus + commission – OTE £30,000
