HR Analyst required for a global company based in Tyrone.

HR Analyst

 

Our client is looking for a HR Analyst to join the team in their Dungannon site. This is a great opportunity to join the team of a market leading multinational organisation and for a HR professional to grow and develop within the company. 

 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • To be the ‘go to’ team member of an analytics requests, with the goal of turning data into actionable information.
  • Interact and support a wide range of contacts world-wide, handling each with diplomacy.
  • Work as part of a team to support the completion of all HR deliverables such as headcount reporting.
  • Maintain all essential functions within the HR department including recruitment updates and HR dashboards.

 

 

The successful candidate will require:

  • Degree educated or equivalent – CIPD qualified (or working towards) would be desirable.
  • 3years+ experience in said qualification.
  • Strong knowledge in HR data management, manipulation and production of Management Information.
  • Report writing – including design, preparation and presentation of reports & building dashboards.
  • Ability to handle extremely confidential information.
