New, HR Administrator job. Exciting contract opportunity, initially for a 3 month period, to work for a leading, multi-site employer in the Greater Dublin area. Excellent salary & benefits.

Due to continued success, our Client, a leading, telecommunications and transport organisation in the Greater Dublin area (with close access to the M50) wishes to recruit an HR Administrator.  This is initially a 3 month contract HR job with a strong possibility of being made permanent.  The successful HR Administrator will be the first point of contact for HR queries and will be responsible for updating and maintaining accurate HR records on the recruitment system.


The Role:

  • Carry out all administrative processes in the recruitment process eg preparing documents, placing adverts, logging application forms, sitting on interview panels
  • Administer the process for new employees eg preparing contracts, offer letters, pre-employment checks
  • Conduct inductions
  • Administer the probation process and ensure review meetings take place on schedule
  • Support learning and development activities eg booking courses, liaising with providers, arranging in-house training courses
  • Assist with the annual appraisal cycle


The Person:

  • 3rd level qualification in HR or relevant business discipline
  • 6 months+ HR administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
