New, HR Administrator job in the Newry/South Down area. Excellent role with a large, well established HR team, working for a leading, commercial employer. Excellent salary & benefits.

Due to continued success and growth, our Client, a leading, manufacturing organisation, wishes to recruit an experience HR Administrator.  This is a diverse HR Administrator job for an 18 months duration, and a strong possibility of being made permanent.  The successful HR administrator will enjoy working within a busy, structured HR team providing support with a range of activities – recruitment, onboarding, attendance and performance management, health & wellbeing and systems work.  This HR Administration job is varied and fast paced, requiring a keen eye for detail and at least 1 years HR administration experience.

 

The Role:

  • Update and maintain information on the HR systems, ensuring it is accurate and up to date
  • Collating reports for the HR team
  • Handle HR system queries and troubleshoot HR system issues
  • Run reports, analyse data and provide weekly updates for the HR Business Partners
  • Provide administration support with the following processes – recruitment, onboarding and off boarding, health & wellbeing, attendance management, performance management, training and development and pay and benefits
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and site visits
  • Handle employee and manager queries on HR policies and procedures
  • Suggest and implement improvements to processes, where possible

 

The Person:

  • Educated to A level standard, or equivalent.
  • Degree qualification, desirable
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a similar hr administrator/assistant/coordinator role
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience using an HR system eg TMS, PAMS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
