We are now seeking two part time Food and Beverage Assistants to join the team at our newly refurbished Hotel.  We want our people to be as individual as our hotels, to bring their own personality, character and enthusiasm ensuring the experience we provide is always warm, welcoming, genuine and friendly. About the Role:

A Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for working in all areas of Food and Beverage as needed; to deliver an excellent Guest/Customer experience while working to achieve departmental targets.

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you are essentially responsible for executing all activities within the Food & Beverage Outlets to ensure guest/customer satisfaction is maintained by service and product delivery according to the guidelines of Maldron Hotels and Brand Standards

Requirements:

Essential Criteria for this post includes:

  • Proficient mumeracy, English language, grammar and spelling
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry.

Desirable Criteria

  • A minimum of 6 months consistent experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
  • A minimum of 1 years work experience in a customer facing role.
