Established for over 90 years, our client is a reputable fashion house of mainly menswear brands, designed in-house and manufactured offshore, with links to retailers in the UK, ROI and Europe. The company has a strong brand portfolio and is recognised for its outstanding customer service and high levels of quality. They are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join their passionate team.
Within a busy and fast-paced environment, you will have the chance to build on your existing skill-set whilst working closely with senior figures within the business.
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide a high level of support to the Board of Directors and their Executive Team.
Maintaining confidentiality at all times, you’ll provide all aspects of administrative support, from diary management to making complex travel and accommodation arrangements.
Welcoming visitors to the office, you’ll offer light hospitality and answer queries in a prompt, professional manner. You’ll monitor correspondence and reply to telephone and email enquiries.
You’ll organise meetings and events, create and circulate minutes and follow up actions as required. Additionally, you’ll prepare a range of reports, research and presentations.
To be considered, you must have:
– Experience in a personal assistant or executive secretary role at senior level
– A high level of IT literacy and proficiency in MS products
– Excellent note-taking skills
– The flexibility to work outside of normal office hours
Meticulous and proactive, as the Executive Assistant, you must be able to tactfully deal with a range of situations. You must also have meticulous attention to detail, an organised approach and the ability to think on your feet
