 Job Description

The primary focus of the role will be the day to day administrative support and supervisory responsibility within a team of technical / support employees, to include proactive management of an offshore vendor team.

Key Responsibilities: 
 
The primary focus of the role will be the day to day administrative support and supervisory responsibility within a team of technical / support employees, to include proactive management of an offshore vendor team.  
 
The successful candidate will also be working with local, regional and global support functions across all margined products including Product Control, Trading desks, Credit, Line Control, Finance, Technology, Compliance, Legal and Audit. 
 
The position requires close interaction with the EMEA Head of Margin Operations and the Global Margin Management team. 
Knowledge/Experience: 
 
• Strong leadership and team building skills. 
• Excellent communications skills (written / verbal) at all organisational levels. 
• Tenacity and Drive – Results/task orientated with excellent attention. 
• Ability to manage and prioritize conflicting priorities. 
• Ability to work well as part of a senior management team and autonomously where required. 
• Good MS Office skills including Access, Excel and MS Powerpoint. 
• Computer literate and ability to grasp several in house systems quickly.
• Demonstrates sound judgement and professionalism in decision making/problem solving, escalating to management as appropriate
