Ashton Recruitment urgently require a Customer Service Administrator

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Administrator / Data Entry Clerk to join a busy freight and distribution company based in Mallusk, for temporary cover.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for a successful Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answering calls and dealing with any customer/depot queries
  • Raising PODs and invoices
  • Producing Customer Reports
  • Data Entry
  • General Administration and Customer Service Duties required

Essential Criteria for the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Previous experience in Data Entry/Administration role
  • Previous experience in a fast paced office environment
  • Good customer service skills and telephone manner

Location: Mallusk

Duration: Temporary cover until Dec 2018 with a possibility of extension

Hours: Monday – Friday: 11am – 7pm (Hours may vary slightly each week)

Salary: Minimum Wage

Ideally a successful candidate would be available for an immediate start date.

Due to location the successful candidate must have their own transport or be able to reach the location outside of public transport hours.
