We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join the Accounts / Finance team of a well-established business at their Coleraine offices.

We are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join the Accounts / Finance team of a well-established business at their Coleraine offices.


Working a pleasant Monday to Friday, 9-5 basis and supported by a dedicated and hard-working team you will be responsible for;


  • Supporting the wider accounts team through providing administrative support
  • Preparing documents and reports as required
  • Data input and processing
  • Scanning and file management
  • Liaising with internal departments

I am eager to speak with applicants who possess previous experience in a busy office setting with sound communication & IT skills. Additionally, you should possess at least 5 GCSEs (C and above including Math & English). Experience gained within a finance, accounts or commercial setting is desirable although not essential.
