Corporate Finance / Management Consultants

ASM Chartered Accountants have an outstanding reputation for providing a diverse range of corporate finance and consultancy services to public and private sector clients.  Our Magherafelt office is seeking to expand its team by appointing dynamic and competent Consultants, with a range

of corporate finance experience.

The Role:

The role will be varied and will involve a mix of the following depending on the individuals experience and expertise:

  • Preparation of business plans and banking proposals;
  • Development of financial projections;
  • Assisting in the completion of financial reviews and due diligence investigations;
  • Assisting in M&A transactions;
  • Preparation of business cases and economic appraisals to Green Book standards;
  • Preparation of feasibility studies for a range of commercial projects;
  • Design and development of financial models;
  • Liaison with clients and other professional advisors; and
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hons Degree (preferable 2.1 or above);
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the corporate finance / consultancy sector;
  • Clear ability to meet deadlines in a client quality focused environment;
  • Proficient in report writing;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team; and
  • High proficiency in MMS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

It is desirable, but not essential that candidates have a professional Accountancy qualification (ICAI or ACCA).


The remuneration on offer will range depending on the level of experience you bring to the team.
