Your new company

A public sector organisation in Bangor is recruiting a Compliance Manager to join the in-house legal team in their impressive headquarters, with a competitive salary of £41,846 contracted until 2020.

Your new role

As a compliance manager in the Bangor office you will collaborate in the development and implementation of a service unit business plan and manage team member’s performance to ensure continuous improvement on service unit performance indicators. You will manage financial, human and physical resources and conduct regular inspections across the service unit’s facilities. You’ll liaise with the Head of Legal Services to utilise legal service contracts in place and prepare annual estimates of capital / revenue expenditure within the service unit. You will be available out of hours as necessary as part of the emergency planning response team.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be a qualified solicitor with relevant management experience in land, leases and staff management with the ability to effectively manage a team and manage your own workload. You will possess problem solving and decision making.

What you’ll get in return

You’ll receive a competitive salary of £41,846 and a long term contract is on offer until 2020 with the possibility of extension.
