Bid / PQQ Administrator required for Main Contractor in Co Derry

Expert Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Bid Administrator to work within an exciting , fast paced office in Co Derry.  Reporting to the Commercial Managers, the main purpose of this role is to assist the Bid team in all aspects of administrator activities that support this team in winning new contracts. Duties will include;

 –  Co-ordinating, tracking and managing information for use in Pre-Qualification Questionnaires and Tenders
– Preparing and submitting PQQ and tender documents, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to
– Liaising with internal and external clients in order to source the required relevant information

 – Typing and formatting large bid documents/fee agreements
– Produce letters, reports and presentations, type minutes of meetings
– Maintaining and updating membership profiles on tender portals
– Compiling general information for pre-qualification questionnaires
– Co-ordinating information for submissions (images, text, research, etc.)
– Editing / re-writing boilerplate text bespoke to client requirements

– Work on your own initiative, and to an exceedingly high quality 
– Able to work to tight deadlines in high pressure situations
– Strong Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Word and PowerPoint formatting skills and Excel numeracy and formula understanding
– Experience of working as part of a team – needs to have a strong sense of responsibility for the success of the team

 – Construction related degree qualification is desirable
