Your new company
This business are a multi-disciplinary property and infrastructure business with offices throughout the UK. They work with public and private sector clients throughout the UK to design, build and maintain infrastructure assets. The Belfast office are in a period of sustained growth increasing their headcount significantly over the last 2-years. This growth has created opportunities to establish new teams within the office to offer a wider range of technical expertise to their increasing client base. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced Bid Coordinator to support in the next phase of business growth.

Your new role
The main expertise of the business falls within the water and utilities sectors with your responsibilities including bid management and business development. As the Bid Coordinator you will play a key role within the Belfast office, working with the Directors to provide support throughout the bid life-cycle from qualification to contract signature.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for the role you should ideally have experience working on bids within the water or utilities sectors however experience across the wider construction / engineering sector will be considered. It is preferred that you will hold a practitioner qualification with the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
