Our client is Northern Ireland’s leading retail bank. They are renowned for their ongoing investment in their people, technology, premises and product range to ensure that their customer experience is exceptional and at the heart of their business.
As a Customer Service Advisor within the branch network, you will be responsible for acting as an ambassador for the branch. You will be responsible for dealing professionally and efficiently with customer queries, completing bank transactions and supporting with the administration in the branch.
We are seeking experienced customer service professionals, with a track record of providing exceptional support to customers on a face – face basis. You should have 5 GCSE’s (or equiv) including Maths & English at Grade C+ and a passion for delivering exceptional service. You will also require a sound knowledge of IT systems.
In return, you will benefit from an hourly rate of £8.00 – £10.00 ph (depending on experience) and enhaced holidays following a qualifying period.
