Asset Management Analyst

VANRATH is working in partnership with a global financial services firm to appoint an Asset Management Analyst to join a busy and expanding team.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will assist and support the case managers in ensuring effective and efficient management of a high volume of borrower connections with the ongoing management of a portfolio of borrower connections. You will also take responsibility for collating and reviewing Management Information, ensuring reports are collated and submitted within tight deadlines.

The Role

  • Completion of all actions to assist with security realisation within required turnaround times
  • Providing assistance on both a proactive and reactive basis in management of underlying assets securing loans
  • Ensuring all MI systems are kept up to date and accurate at all times
  • Speedy response to general queries raised
  • Assisting Asset Manager/Senior Asset Manager in the organisation of borrower meetings, preparation of pre and post meeting action
  • Delivery of accurate and robust MI as required by our client
  • General administration

The Person

  • 3rd level qualification in Accounting / Finance / Legal / Real Estate
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and capable of liaising with 3rd party stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced excel skills
  • A desire to learn and progress
