Administrator Craigavon 19,000 to 21,000



£19,000 to £21,000

We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a leading distributor based in their Craigavon facility. Reporting to the Office Manager main duties will include:

  • Sales order capture via telephone / email and processing through internal CRM systems
  • Checking the validity of orders
  • Monthly sales reporting for management
  • Continued liaison with customers regarding orders
  • Checking stock levels and ordering from suppliers
  • Coordinating delivery and associated administration
  • Purchase invoicing

Essential Criteria

  • Educated to GCSE standard
  • 2 years’ administration experience gained within a commercial environment
