 Job Description

First Choice are currently recruiting Admin staff for our Public Sector client. As part of this exciting contract we are now recruiting for Administration positions in the Coleraine and Derry / Londonderry areas


Band 2: £7.83 p/hr, Band 3: £8.49 p/hr


Monday to Friday Part-Time and Full-Time



Job Duties

  • Providing clerical support within a hospital setting
  • Answering telephone calls and monitoring emails
  • Data input
  • Updating records
  • Creating and sending letters
  • Interaction with staff
  • Use of company computer system
  • General admin/clerical duties including filing, faxing, emails, etc

Essential Criteria

  • 4 GCSE’s at Grades A – C including English Language or equivalent/higher qualification AND 1 year’s experience OR 2 years experience in a clerical/administrative role

Desired Criteria

  • Audio Typing experience
  • Experience of using a computerised database
  • Experience of clerical administrative work
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
