My client, an owner managed company based in Holywood are seeking an administration assistant to join their team. This is an exciting job for the right candidate to join a close knit team on a full time permanent basis.

My client, an owner managed company based in Holywood are seeking an administration assistant to join their team. This is an exciting job for the right candidate to join a close knit team on a full time permanent basis.

 

The Job

Duties of the job will include:

•             Answering all incoming calls, dealing with queries and transferring to the relevant person

•             Responsible for ordering and restocking office supplies

•             Providing administration support to the team

•             Updating and maintaining filing and systems

•             Providing diary management and arranging travel for the team

 

The Requirements

The successful candidate will:

•             Have working knowledge of Apple computer products and good typing skills

•             Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

•             Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy including proof reading skills

•             A current UK Driver’s License and access to own car

•             At least 5 GCSE’s to include Maths and English

•             Must be flexible to work outside of business hours if needs be
