Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working alongside our client, based in Co. Armagh, to recruit a Technical & Quality Manager.

This role is a maternity cover role for approx. 12 months.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Technical and Quality Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure our clients technical requirements are met through development and maintenance of world class quality systems.

What We Require:

  • Have a third level qualification in a food related discipline
  • At least three years’ experience in a senior technical role within a food company
  • Experience in managing teams and getting the best out of direct reports
  • Ability to lead staff and provide direction to site technical and quality department
  • Have a qualification in a management related discipline
  • Knowledge of relevant technical and quality accreditation bodies (UFAS, BRC, LEAF, TAS)
  • The ability to deal with customer technical and quality queries
  • Be commercially focused with ability to collaborate effectively with sales colleagues and customers
