As a key member of the Sales team, you will be a trusted advisor – on-point to support our core sellers – fielding questions, directly assisting customer queries & fostering a positive and collaborative environment to help them learn, engage with prospects, and help them implement products. By applying deep knowledge of the products & sales skills, you will help Sellers to identify new opportunities and grow business relationships with companies across all industries and verticals.

Task description:

  • Work with the core Sales team to support high level product & sales enquiries, identify areas of improvement, training needs and drive development of the Sellers.
  • Work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic teaming environment & help our Sellers.
  • Solve complex support requests, manage opportunities, and drive pipeline through the sales cycle.
  • Liaise directly with customers to ensure their understanding of solutions & the benefits this can bring to meet their specific business needs.
  • Assist in creating content for the Learning & Development Team, provide actionable insights & feedback to help shape our approach and develop our Sellers.
  • Collaborate with Team/Operations Managers to identify operational needs and new implementations.
  • Develop accurate strategy for training material, content, and assessments.
  • Be accountable for the quality department needs.
  • Obsess over customers and prospects to deliver a world-class customer engagement experience.

Business Skills

  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM & 365 solutions, including installation, problems solving, troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of broad MS technology including: Networking, DNS, Windows server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, SQL Reporting Services, SharePoint, Exchange, Web Browser.
  • Understanding of business needs and ability to apply the right solution.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish Trusted Advisor credibility with colleagues & business customers at executive level.
  • Familiarity with broad business customer, industry challenges, and ability to uncover specific client pain-points & develop relevant solutions.
  • Understanding of business roles & ability to tailor approach accordingly.

Full training provided

Hours: Mon – Fri 8am-6pm
