VANRATH HR is delighted to be partnering with one of Northern Ireland’s leading employers, wishing to appoint a Strategic HR Business Partner based in County Tyrone.

The Business Partner has accountability for delivering the HR plan for the site and this plan will link into the Group HR strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive HR delivery within the site
  • Achieve excellent employee / industrial relations.
  • Deliver effective employee engagement and participation
  • Best in class communication processes and systems are established and implemented on the site
  • Facilitate Team Briefing and employee involvement
  • Delivery of effective appraisal systems to ensure that individual performance reviews are completed for everyone and that follow up action plans are delivered. Review the process and provide feedback to Senior Management.
  • Plan and deliver site succession planning in conjunction with senior management to ensure that we develop employees with potential for greater responsibility
  • Advocate and champion Diversity within the site
  • Lead on ensuring that company Values are communicated and practised by employees at all levels
  • Full spec available upon request.

The ideal Candidate:

  • Senior HR Professional with exp of managing a HR team
  • Strong change management exp
  • Unionised workforce experience

In addition, it is highly advantageous to have prior exp of providing a first class HR service to a large employee base(1000+).
