MCS Group is pleased to be working with one of NI’s fastest growing and accomplished technology companies to source a Software Asset Management Consultant to join a new team being established in Belfast.

This is a great opportunity to join a new team in Belfast which has plans for immediate rapid growth. This team will be providing SAM services for clients to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvements.

The Role

  • Maintain software related information in the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool
  • Work with clients to manage one or more key software suppliers
  • Establish, maintain and review regular processes to review Licenses for key software vendors
  • Review non-compliant situations that may arise and successfully resolve in a timely manner

The Person

  • Previous business experience related to software asset management or similar which has provided experience in software licensing
  • Experience interpreting license and contractual terms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience interacting with multiple stakeholders (including senior management) and comfortably manage relationships
  • Would be beneficial to have knowledge of different SAM tools
