Due to significant growth they are giving a Site Manager the opportunity to join their elite operational team on eye catching new build projects.
Your new role
As a Site Manager you will be tasked with managing and negotiating with subcontractors, ensuring the project meets the projected program and monitoring health and safety. As you will be working on £multi-million projects within major UK cities, you will be responsible for planning and managing day to day construction activities and deliveries, leading the team and liaising with the design department. With over 50+ Years of experience, and more than 200 staff you will be joining one of Northern Irelands most reputable contractors with a variety of projects throughout the UK, such £40m student accommodation in Belfast.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered successful for this role it is expectant that you are SMSTS/CSR or CSCS registered. You should demonstrate strong communication skills to discuss specific requirements with your team. In managing a team on site you must be able to demonstrate strong understanding of the construction industry and knowledge of IT Systems. You will have previous experience managing on high valued builds such as hotels and student accommodation. As project locations will vary, you must be able to travel UK wide.
