One of the largest independent Financial Advisory Firms in Northern Ireland seeks a Senior Account Handler (Personal Lines).

MCS Group is excited to be working with one of the largest independent Financial Advisory Firms in Northern Ireland to locate a Senior Account Handler to join their Belfast based team.

As Senior Account Handler, you will be experienced primarily in Personal Lines and, ideally, will have some experience in Commercial Lines.

The Role

  • As Senior Account Handler, you will be responsible for identifying the individual needs and requirements for High Net Worth (HNW) Clients;
  • You shall be responsible for processing new quotations / renewals and managing all aspects of the Customer journey through to securing a sale;
  • You will follow up on warm leads whilst also identifying cross-sell opportunities where appropriate (No Cold Calling Required);
  • You shall be responsible for maintaining existing Client relationships whilst establishing new Client relationships;
  • You shall provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
  • You will strive to ensure that personal / team targets, KPI’s and business objectives are achieved;
  • All employees must ensure that the company’s procedures are adhered to whilst also ensuring that all activities are FCS compliant.

The Person

  • You will have demonstrable experience within the Insurance Sector (3-5 years+);
  • You will be CII Qualified;
  • You will have experience in dealing with HNW Clients;
  • You will, ideally, have some experience in Commercial Lines also however this is not essential;
  • You will have a professional attitude, be resilient and have the motivation to continue to learn and develop.
