Sales Support Executive (Antrim)

VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting for a highly successful and growing global organisation based in Antrim for a Sales Support Executive on a permanent basis. The Sales Support Executive will be an addition the current commercial team.

Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity to join the sales team and will require a results-focused and forward thinking individual with a can-do attitude; expected to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to help achieve the team’s strategic goals.

Duties include:

  • Assist in the implementation of a global strategy
  • Contribute to the retention and sales growth of existing customers
  • Develop lead and opportunity generation
  • Source and propose potential new Resellers in new and existing markets for review with Sales Manager
  • Help build prospective customer target lists and monitor industry trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help execute the sales strategy e.g. events and webinars
  • Build strong B2B customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction levels via frequent communication and knowledge transfer
  • Processing customer orders and managing queries in a timely fashion
  • Record all customer interactions on CRM
  • Submit regional reports to BD Manager, including KPI performance and customer/market sales analysis for consideration at Corporate Team meetings

The Ideal Person:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven track record in B2B sales administration of which 2 years much include account management responsibility
  • Strong computing skills; i.e. working knowledge of MS Office or Google G-Suite
  • Minimum of 3 years of working with CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record (min 2 years) of driving incremental revenue generation from existing and new customers
  • Knowledge of operating in a SaaS business environment

Remuneration:

£22000 + commission + bonus
