The William J Clinton Leadership Institute has become a focal point for world-class leadership development and executive education in Northern Ireland and further afield.

Based at the impressive Riddel Hall, the Leadership Institute works alongside organisations from private, public and third sectors to support them in understanding their people and the challenges they face together. We bring the latest thinking and understanding of leadership behaviours, strategy and innovation to shape a solution that will deliver the change they need.

The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic and operational development of the William J Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s University by applying professional specialist expertise and experience to ensure the provision of an effective high-level consultancy/training service.

The successful candidate must have:

  • A degree or equivalent.
  • Substantial (5+ years) professional experience in Management, Leadership and Training and Development to include:
  • Leading and implementing strategic leadership development programmes
  • Working in a senior role where the key focus is networking and cultivating relationships with national and international organisations and developing relationships with the Business Community to deliver effective training interventions and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement organisational change within complex organisations.
  • Creating learning solutions, designing and delivering training within a blue chip environment.
  • Consulting experience at senior level associated with duties of the post.

Anticipated interview date: Thursday 30 August 2018

Salary scale: £50,618 – £58,655 per annum (potential to progress to £64,079 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution)
