This newly created job role will provide assistance and support to the Quality Department to ensure practical compliance with all aspects of the Company's Quality Management System and Production Processes.

Job Title: Process Auditor
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shift: Evenings (Monday to Friday 3.15pm to 11.15pm)
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Completion of calibration checks at start of shift daily.
Complete Process Audits for respective area, following audit schedule and updating relevant systems to capture audit findings.
Address any process/product queries from Operators.
Address any process issues with the Operator, recording and escalating to Operations Supervisor where necessary.
Liaise with aligned team members to escalate any process issues that are training or quality related and re-audit when required.
Complete ISO Audits within set schedule as required by Quality department.
Review Internal and External quality trends.
Take a Continuous Improvement approach to addressing quality issues within area, making suggestions for improvement and auditing any changes.
Conduct Housekeeping audits, updating logs and escalating housekeeping issues to relevant areas.
Attend daily Whiteboard meeting and complete required sections, taking responsibility for actions from each meeting.
Identify/feedback audit results and where improvements are required
Update Process specifications, Work Station check sheets as required.
Prepare and present section of team brief
Identify any updates required for Work Instructions, escalate to Engineering and ensure updates are audited where relevant.
Promote best practice, lead by example and ensure all Operations staff are adhering to general rules and conduct throughout the shift, escalating to Operations Supervisor where necessary.
Any other reasonable duties as and when required.
GCSE passes at Grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent
1 years relevant Quality experience gained within a manufacturing environment
Experience of inspection and audit techniques and internal auditing
Demonstrate experience of ISO/ Quality processes and procedures
Strong administration skills with good computer literacy
Possess, or be prepared to work towards a recognised Quality Auditor’s qualification
Relevant and proven experience of handling and resolving customer queries
Experience of implementing corrective and preventative measures
