Payroller- Belfast City Centre

Reed Accountancy Belfast is pleased to be working with a City Centre Based Accountancy Practice, who are seeking a Payroller to join their very successful team.

This position will offer full time hours, and temporary employment initially however a permanent position will be offered dependent on performance.

Offering an immediate start and £20,000 per annum the successful candidate will be required to complete the following duties:

  • Weekly and monthly payroll processing for clients
  • Processing holiday pay, SMP, SSP etc
  • Submission of RTI
  • Processing client expenses
  • Liaising with clients regarding any payroll queries
  • Other clerical and administrative tasks required within the payroll function

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in Computerised payroll essential
  • IT literate in Microsoft Office to include Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiative in order to support the wider team
