Excellent opportunity for a Parts Advisor/Warranty Administrator based in Newtownabbey

We are recruiting for an efficient and methodical Parts Advisor/Warranty Administrator for our Newtownabbey Branch.

Hours 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Salary Negotiable depending on experience

As Parts Advisor/Warranty Administrator, you will play a vital role in the day to day running of the Aftersales Department, communicating with customers, suppliers and staff. You will be a team player with high level organisational skills and attention to detail.  You will be able to work to a process, with some technical understanding and previous experience in the motor industry.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and online.
  • Sourcing parts for the workshop.
  • Working with suppliers, placing orders and processing paperwork.
  • Cash handling.
  • Reviewing and processing warranty repair work, ensuring it is compliant with company and manufacturer’s procedure.
  • Invoicing using the correct procedures.
  • Stock management.

Essential skills

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a dealership environment.
  • Knowledge of dealer management and parts catalogue systems.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with a good level of computer skills.
  • Highest standards of customer service and call handling skills.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Full driving licence.
  • The successful applicant will receive training within Curtis Peugeot Newtownabbey.
