Your key responsibilities
Support the senior legal team in the review and analysis of a wide range of corporate/commercial agreements and structures, typically but not exclusively, in the context of M&A activity;
Undertake the drafting and amendment of a range of documents including transaction related documents, due diligence reports and research analysis;
Support the team throughout the lifecycle of a transaction – including in relation to the drafting and implementation of our workflow processes systems and tools;
Take a leading role and understanding and complying with EY internal policies; and
Support in the wider marketing of the team by immersing themselves into EY Law and the wider EY team.

Able to deliver quality output with excellent attention to detail; and
Able to work independently, meet strict deadlines and work across a range of duties.
To qualify for the role you must have
UK Law Degree;
Experience in handling a wide range of paralegal/contract review or similar legal activities with proven research, information analysis and drafting skills gained in a recognised, top tier commercial law firm or other similar legal environment; and
Sound knowledge of legal terminology, preferably in the context of corporate/commercial activity.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience of working with a case management or workflow system;
Experience of working with and reviewing English Law governed documents; and
Experience of working in a Big 4/top tier commercial law firm or other complex stakeholder environment.
