Apple Recruitment are delighted to be working with a UK wide distribution organisation, we are seeking to recruit Customer Service Executive with experience in an outbound commercial environment.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Outbound Customer Advisor will work in an office/ small contact center typed environment which focuses on providing a high level of customer care to its growing Market within the engineering sector.

  • Pro-actively contact a specific set Customers – current/dormant, on a regular basis, gathering feedback and leads for sales team.
  • Respond in quick professional manner to all enquires for products/pricing.
  • Manage quotation follow up system.
  • Process orders / quotes in an accurate, efficient and effective manner.
  • Responsible for interacting through a ‘Live Chat’ Platform – answering queries, gathering feedback on specific marketing campaigns and proactively engage the online user.

This is a FANTASITC time to join this organisation in a new role. The have reported significant year on year growth as well as making positive changes to their processes and winning  customer excellence awards. This is a new role and we are seeking 3 people to join their established Customer Service Department at their office in Mallusk.

This is a unique environment and you will work in a highly professional, fast paced but relaxed environment. Due to the nature of this environment you will need to pass a criminal record check. 

Applicants will need to demonstrate:

  • At Least 12 months’ experience in a busy Outbound/Tele sales role Customer Service or Internal Sales role
  • Secondary Education (inc. Math’s & English) or equivalent qualification
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers
  • Experience in pricing and negotiation would be desirable
  • Experience of Live Chat would be beneficial

  • Previous experience using a CRM and Microsoft Office.

  • Enthusiastic, proactive and flexible.

  • Positive and highly customer service focused.

  • Strong team player and excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Highly numerate and literate.

  • Previous experience of a Trade or DIY environment (Trade Counter, Plumbing supplier, home improvement supplier) would be beneficial.

As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate can expect a salary between £18 – £22,000 pro rata depending on experience plus £2000 bonus, company benefits and great holidays and free car parking.

Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch. Due to location, own transport would be advisable.
