Office Administrator

My client, a highly successful Global organisation based in Belfast City Centre has a brand new opportunity for an Office Administrator to join their busy team on a permanent basis. The Office Administrator will play an integral role in the organisation by managing the front of house as well as supporting the work of the senior management team.

Responsibilities:

Duties include:

  • Acting as front of house, answering general phone queries using a professional and courteous manner
  • Direct phone queries to the appropriate staff members
  • Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies ensuring that basic supplies are always available
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Make travel, meeting and other arrangements for senior management
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing post

The Ideal Person:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a busy office environment
  • Previous experience working in a busy reception area
  • Five GCSE’s including Maths and English at Grade C or above
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Remuneration:

£20,000
