VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a global leader in the professional services sector, wishing to appoint a HR Talent Partner to join their Belfast team on an initial 6 month contract basis.
The company in question partner with more than 50% of the Fortune 500 list of organisations, emphasising their excellence in providing innovative business solutions.
Partner with managers to provide advice on performance management, build and roll out organisational structures, advise on complex talent issues, provide compensation and recognition recommendations, and overall, operate as the key thought partner on all things talent.
Be accountable for on boarding, ongoing career development and coaching, owning the successful resolution of employee relations issues, providing counsel and direction for cyclical and ad hoc performance management, and operating as an advisor to team members on their development and career goals
Act as a point of contact for HR issues & use judgement regarding escalating issues and asking for assistance.
Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS and Recruitment) and oversee project work connected to the client to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services
HR knowledge and experience of multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, organisational diagnosis, and diversity
Degree level educated
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Talent Partner or HR Business Partner role with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility and leadership
Experience of business partnering within a start up environment
