We’re working with a locally owned and rapidly expanding manufacturing company who are recruiting for a HR Manager to work in their state of the art premises on a PT basis. Reporting to Director level the HR Manager will be responsible for supporting/developing both day to day operations and play a leading role in the strategic growth of the business.

How you’ll spend you day:

  • Supporting internal departments on employee engagement/interaction
  • Managing grievances and disciplinary matters
  • Full recruitment life cycle for both temporary and permanent roles- including identifying business needs and providing salary advice
  • Updating and implementing new recruitment policies and procedures
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to their support their staff and achieve operational priorities

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 3 years experience in a HR position, ideally CIPD with a third level related qualification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment and employee engagement
  • IT proficiency
