HR Business Partner (Ballymena NI Top 100)

VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading FMCG business based in Ballymena, seeking to appoint a HR Business Partner on a full time permanent basis.

The company in question has been working through a sustained period of change over the past 24 – 36 months due to acquisition and the HR Business Partner will help manage and facilitate this ongoing change at site level, ensuring a business as usual approach but with a medium to long term view on transitioning the culture and people agenda to align with the wider group.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a large HR team focused on providing a commercially focused HR service on site
  • Partner with union representatives, lead negotiations and ensure strong working relationships are maintained
  • Facilitate ongoing change at site level, partnering with site leaders and wider HR team
  • Focus on site HR strategy, ensuring it is adopted at site level and implemented and delivered by operational HR team
  • Provide advice and guidance to HR team and Senior Managers on complex HR issues across ER, Recruitment, Reward, Policy and Wellbeing.

The Person

  • Senior HR Professional with exp of managing a large HR team
  • Strong change management exp
  • Unionised workforce experience
