Your new company
Hays HR are proud to be working with our client, a global financial services organisation based in Belfast, in their search for an HR assistant to join their team until the end of the year. You will be operating in a shared services environment, providing HR support across a wide variety of business areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in one of the biggest organisations in the world.
Your new role
You will join a busy team, as they provide HR support to the wider organisation. You will be required to serve as a subject matter, providing guidance on policies via email and telephone. You will assist in the escalation of employee HR queries to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work with bespoke HR systems, allowing you to further your HR support skills within a global environment.
What you’ll need to succeed
This role will require you to have at least 1 years’ experience operating in a fast paced service centre environment, with a keen interest in HR. Experience of working within an HR administrative setting would also be beneficial, as you will dealing with sensitive HR related data. It would be advantageous to have / be working towards CIPD Qualification.
