Job Purpose: To execute effective digital marketing campaigns across disciplines including SEO, email marketing, digital advertising and social media.

Salary :Negotiable depending on experience

The Tomorrow Lab is an exciting creative web and digital agency located in Belfast with talented people and ambitious clients. Part of The Pierce Partnership, we provide a range of web development and digital marketing services operating on both a local and global scale.

Our expanding range of digital marketing clients include well known consumer and B2B brands, including Expedia, Tipperary Water, Lisney, Yellow Tail, Santa Rita and Electric Ireland.   

To meet the needs of our growing client base we are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist with experience across SEO, email marketing, digital advertising and social media.

Summary of Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to deliver creative and strategic solutions to achieve client objectives and outstanding results.
  • This may include, but is not limited to campaign planning, pitching for new clients, strategic proposals and creative workshops.
  • Paid Social – Providing targeted Insights to build relevant audiences for campaigns across channels Including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
  • Social Media Management – Experience of monitoring and managing social media channels to handle queries and foster community engagement.
  • SEO – Experience In executing on-page SEO tactics, keyword research and link-building.
  • PPC – The ability to build, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across search, display and video networks.
  • Email Marketing – Experience of developing, executing and optimising email marketing campaigns.
  • Positively contribute to the business and the wider Pierce Partnership by brainstorming new and creative growth strategies and sharing opportunities to support clients.
  • Continuous learning – Staying on top of the latest digital marketing trends and developments and share new learnings with team members and optimise campaigns accordingly.
  • Establish excellent working relationships with team members within the agency and across the partnership.
  • Provide assistance and support to other members of the team as may be necessary from time to time to meet customer demands.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required or at the request of management.
