Customer Service Administrator
£9/HR, holiday pay, free parking

We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established business in Belfast on a long-term temporary basis with potential permanent employment opportunities beyond this.

Working as part of a dedicated team and on a Monday to Friday 9am : 5pm basis, with a 4pm finish on Fridays you will support the Service Manager across;

  • Answering and responding top telephone calls and emails
  • Processing sales orders
  • Logging / recording service calls
  • Producing daily and weekly reports using excel
  • Filing and other admin duties
  • Invoicing processing

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who possess;

  • Previous experience gained in a comparable role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sound level of IT literacy across MS Office and ideally Sage or similar CRM Tool
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Positive, pro-active attitude and ability to cope under pressure
