We are working with an established employer based in Antrim for a Customer Service Administrator. This is a permanent post and the successful candidate will be part of the customer service team.

Job Purpose:

The Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for contacting customers by person by email to provide and process information in response to queries about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with customers via phone, email, in person
  • Resolve problems for customers and encourage future business.
  • Proactively foresee possible delays or complications and plan strategies to avoid or reduce
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource manage customers’ accounts
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Essential Criteria:

  • Secondary education or equivalent (GCSE English and Maths – Grades A-C or an equivalent)
  • A minimum of 1 years’ experience of working within a customer services environment
  • Experience and knowledge of customer services systems, practices and procedures
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Packages – Excel Word and Outlook.
