Job Overview

Working within the Workplace division, this role requires a results-focused and forward thinking individual with a can-do attitude; expected to engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis to help achieve the division’s strategic goals.

The roles focus is primarily supporting and building customer relationships in order to maximise retention. In addition, supporting the Customer Acquisition team with order processing and managing queries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Main Responsibilities

  • To work as part of the Customer Services team in meeting its targets and key business (MOST) goals.
  • Processing customer orders in a timely fashion and managing queries.
  • Undertake cross selling and upselling campaigns to maximise revenue from existing customers.
  • Maintain high Software as a Service (SaaS) renewal rates by building strong relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to help execute the sales strategy e.g. events and webinars.

Person Specification

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 3 years proven track record in sales administration.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience of high level of customer service and account management. Minimum of 12 months experience of working with CRM systems; e.g. Sugar, Salesforce, Act, Goldmine.
  • Desirable Criteria
  • Knowledge of operating in a SaaS business environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving incremental revenue generation from existing and new customers.
  • Experience with social media platforms in a B2B environment e.g. LinkedIN.
  • Third Level Qualification.
  • Strong computing skills; i.e. working knowledge of MS Office or Google G-Suite.
