Our site in Carrickmacross is one of the largest Frozen ready meal manufacturing site in Europe. Based in Co. Monaghan in Ireland this site manufactures up to 3 million own label frozen meals for all the UK and Irelands major supermarkets.

We are looking for a Compliance Auditor for an evening shift, which is between Monday – Friday: 4pm – midnight. This core role is vital in order to assess compliance against defined corporate and customer policies, quality, health and safety and environmental standards through independent audit.

The job of a Compliance Auditor is to provide guidance, support and facilitate the implementation and on-going maintenance of quality/regulatory policies, food safety programmed procedures and product specifications. This brilliant role aims to promote high standards of awareness and understanding at site level of all appropriate policies.

  • Perform factory based quality audits to verify compliance against defined standards, codes of practice and product specifications.
  • Audits will include Hygiene, Environmental, Health & Safety, HACCP, QC Verifications, Traceability
  • Conduct internal audits in accordance with the internal audit program
  • Facilitate the resolution and close out of issues as a result of audit or process monitoring activities
  • Working with other site functional areas to ensure issues are investigated and corrective actions agreed and implemented

You will form an integral part of the evening shift where the aim is for you to continuously strive to improve performance and standards set. In addition, you will provide training, ,support and guidance to the Production Streams to ensure standards are fully understood, thereby enabling effective implementation.

The role of a Compliance Auditor here at Kerry Foods requires you to have secured a Diploma or higher in a Food Science related subject and a proven track record in a quality based role. You will also need strong analytical and interpretation skills and an ability to identify and actively plan improvements.
