Caretaker - Cleaning - Belfast - Public sector - Social housing - Temporary - long term
Your new company
A public sector organisation who play a big part within the social housing sector require a Caretaker/Cleaner to work in the Belfast area on a temporary long term basis. This role will be full time, working 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Your new role
You will be required to undertake a full range of cleaning and general caretaking duties within a block of residential flats. Duties will include bringing bins in and out, maintain cleaning standards and remove graffiti and litter from all areas in and around the building. You will also check CCTV and report any defects and comply with Health & Safety regulations.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need previous experience in a similar role and be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
What you’ll get in return
