Office Manager/ Bookkeeper- Crumlin

Reed Accountancy Belfast is pleased to be working with a local and very successful company based in Crumlin. Our client has a requirement for a skilled Office Manager/ Bookkeeper to join their team on a temporary basis for 6-9 months. The successful candidate will work within a team of 5 and will be solely response for the accounts and administrative management for the company.

Offering an immediate start, full time hours (Monday- Friday 9am-5pm) and £20,000 per annum the successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Daily usage of Sage Line 50
  • General bookkeeping duties to include purchase and sales ledger invoice processing
  • Monthly Management Accounts and liaising with External Accountant
  • Credit control duties
  • Monthly payroll processing for 5/6 employees
  • General administrative duties
