Assistant Manager, GB Distribution Strategy and Enablement Team

Role: GB Distribution Strategy and Enablement Team

Location: AIB Group, London/Belfast/Birmingham

This role is being offered on a permenant contract basis.

 

Who you are

 

To support the GB Distribution Team through the delivery of strategy and enablement solutions including providing relevant and timely management information from internal and external sources.

To assist Head of GB Strategy and Enablement team as necessary.

 

Your next challenge

 

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

 

  • Managing the GBD Manpower plan through engagement with HR and GBD stakeholders to ensure business continuity is maintained.  
  • Provide quality reporting and analysis to assist GBD SMT decision making.
  • Present Board reporting analysis as required.
  • Provide regular analysis to highlight key trends based on the GBD MI tools (MI Dashboard, Pipeline Dashboard, RAROC, CPS, ALA, PAT etc).
  • Take full responsible to oversee the design, build and implementation of any changes to the MI Dashboard.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the MI Dashboard outputs.
  • Take full responsible to oversee the design, build and implementation of any changes to the Pipeline Dashboard.
  • Take a pro-active approach to ensure the analytical tools available to GBD are fit for purpose. Where there are any weaknesses identified, provide proposed solutions that includes reference to Group colleagues.
  • Work as part of a project team as required to meet the Change and Enablement Agenda in GBD.
  • Build a network of key stakeholders across the Group to promote collaboration and sharing of ideas.

Please note: The Minimum Education requirements for entry to AIB is 5 GCSE passes (or higher), to include a pass in English and Maths. These 5 subjects must be achieved with a grade of A – C. Confirmation of this will be sought if successful for the role.
