TBC Ltd (Taxi and Bus Conversion Ltd), part of the Donnelly Group, are Northern Ireland’s leading specialist vehicle converters for private and motability markets, including wheelchair accessible vehicles and associated products. TBC Ltd have full European approval, supplying Volkswagen, Mercedes, Citroen, Peugeot and Vauxhall across the UK and Ireland, offering bespoke solutions for motability, crew van, mini-bus, taxi and specialist conversions.

These vacancies represent an excellent opportunity to come and learn and work in TBC’s state of the art 30,000 square feet purpose built factory in Dungannon which offers a superb working environment and is equipped with all the latest technology.

For the first time TBC Ltd are recruiting Apprentices for a bespoke GOLD Vehicle Conversion Apprenticeship running in conjunction with South West College Engineering Department.

Applicants for the GOLD Level 3 Apprenticeship Programme must have:

  • Minimum of 6 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C and above including Maths and English and a Science/Technology subject
  • Signed up and been accepted by a College/Training Provider.

As part of your Apprenticeship we will support your progression from Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE) through Level 3 (equivalent to A-Level) and on to Higher Level apprenticeships at Levels 5 to 8.

Essential skills required:

  • Able to demonstrate effective communication and team-working ability
  • Demonstrate good problem solving techniques and methodical approach to tasks
  • Must have desire to succeed in a career within the Motor Industry
