Following continued growth of private patient numbers, the 3fivetwo Group are now recruiting additional Appointments Administrators to help manage and streamline the patient pathway.

Kingsbridge Private Hospital, Lisburn Road, Belfast. Occasional travel to other sites as required


Full time, permanent


37.5 per week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm

Job Summary:

As a member of the Procedures department, the Appointments Administrators will be placed within a dynamic team responsible for scheduling surgical procedure appointments. The successful applicants will gain an in-depth knowledge of the surgical booking process across a range of medical specialities. Appointments Administrators work closely with other departments across the Group to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for each patient throughout the patient pathway, whilst dealing with all initial enquiries regarding procedures.

We are looking for motivated applicants who are capable of producing quality outcomes and thrive on the challenge of working in a fast paced and busy hospital environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling of surgical procedures within specific time scales.
  • Efficient, effective and focused response to all enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date relating to patient treatment.
  • Liaising with colleagues across a variety of teams.
  • As part of a team ensure that patients are handled quickly and effectively.

Person Specification:






5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or Equivalent.

Previous experience of CRM/databases.


Evidence of experience in the full MS Suite including Word and Excel

Background in medical administration.

Special Knowledge and Skills


Understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (2018) and the importance of confidentiality.

The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people via the company telephone and other electronic systems.

Knowledge of medical terminology.
