 Job Description

First Choice Lurgan are currently for an Administrator for their client in the Lurgan area. This is a temporary post but will become permanent for the right candidate.

Hours = Mon to Fri 8am – 5pm

Salary = £9.00 p/hr +, depending on experience

Job Duties

  • Supporting the Operations Director and other team members in the delivery of projects
  • Transcribing project interviews and meetings; writing Board minutes
  • Administering membership of Business Forum and coordinating bi-monthly meetings
  • Processing expense claims, payments to suppliers and the monthly payroll
  • Organising meetings and events
  • Ad hoc distribution of research reports and briefings
  • Updating content on the company website
  • Processing routine correspondence
  • Managing other administrative tasks as and when they arise.

Essential Criteria

  • 2 years’ administrative experience
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent
  • Able to prioritise own workload, set realistic timetables and meet deadlines
  • Good audio-typing skills
  • Basic web skills
  • Basic bookkeeping skills
  • Experience writing minutes
