The role of Administration Support is to provide administration services to the wider team, ensuring your actions in supporting the team mean our customers remain committed to completing the retirement journey through our service.
Day to day, you will be busy with duties such as:
This is an entry level role where we would expect you to begin your career with HUB and develop throughout the business. Training is provided and you will have a Team Leader who will ensure you have everything you need to complete your role successfully and thrive. Once you are in and settled in the role, there are multiple roles within the business you can be promoted to.
Experience & Knowledge Required
No experience is necessary for this position. Most of all, we are seeking someone who is driven to provide excellent customer service to both customers and the team you are supporting. You should be highly organised and take ownership of their work.
Our office is based on the corner of Ormeau Road and McClure Street, in the centre of Belfast. The nearest train stations are Botanic (3 minute walk) and Central (10 minute walk). There is also street parking along McClure Street. Our employees can walk to cafes, pubs and restaurants, local shops, gyms and parks.
